PRIME  BEEF

Our prime beef starts with careful breeding, feeding and selection by skilled farmers and stockmen in environments that allow the animals to thrive.

All our animals are fed an entirely natural diet with many being grass fed for traditional flavour and succulence. This also encourages optimum muscle development, with a degree of marbling that ensures tenderness, juiciness and taste.

All our beef is matured and hung for at least 21 days before being cut, packed and labelled specifically for the chef.
